Deborah Dee Hoffmann has devoted over 35 years to the Engineering, Contracting and Construction Management disciplines serving the private sector, public sector, and residential communities. Her expertise encompasses professional, managerial, technical, and administrative tasks ranging from the early stages of Planning and Design through on-site Construction Management and Owner occupancy.
Deborah holds degrees in Mechanical and Construction Engineering, is an OSHA authorized trainer in both construction and general industry, holds certification as a Technical Specification Writer from the Construction Specification Institute, and has maintained WBE/DBE/SBE certifications since 1994 from Maricopa County, the City of Phoenix, and the Arizona Department of Transportation.
